Nick Tilsley has been acting suspiciously since he returned and when Shona Ramsey recently caught him on the phone lying that he was having to stay in Coronation Street because his mum is ill, it led to a row.
With David Platt still reluctant to forgive Nick for abandoning the family, he is trying to make amends but when he suddenly says that he can stay longer as his boss has given him more time off, Shona smells a rat – which boss would be so reasonable to give someone months of leave?
Some viewers are aware after leaked reports that Nick is actually hiding a secret wife who will turn up on the cobbles and bring trouble to his door but for now, his focus is on making things up with his family and winning the heart of Leanne back.
As Nick declares to Leanne that he is a changed man and wants to spend the rest of his life with her, will she believe him? And would she even be right to given the fact that he is hiding secrets already proves he hasnt changed in any positive way?
