Elaborating on the time she was first approached to play the character of Claire by acclaimed filmmaker David Fincher, Robin said, “I remember when David Fincher proposed the idea to me, he said, Do you want to do a television show? And I said no. Because I just wanted to be in films, because films and TV were two separate entities in 2013. He said, Dont you want to be a part of a revolution in this industry which you have been a part of for most of your life?'”
