Strictly Come Dancing pro dancer Anton Du Beke has claimed that Ann Widdecombe is the epitome of Strictly Come Dancing in the shows spin-off, It Takes Two, and fans are less than impressed.
The show aired a montage of Antons best bits, as a celebration of him appearing on all 15 series of the show and being the longest standing pro dancer.
From Lesley Garrett in series one, to Ann Widdecombe in series eight, he sung the praises of his previous partners.
In particular he praised Ann, famed for her opposition to LGBT rights, for always being game, specifically referring to their Blackpool show, where they performed a pretty disastrous Samba.
Fans were less than impressed by Antons comments.
”Ann Widdecombe is the epitome of Strictly Come Dancing.” Absolutely fucking not, one viewer tweeted.

Another added: Stop making Widdecombe cuddly and entertaining!
The comments come after the outrage that followed Ann being announced for the Strictly Christmas special, where she will reunite with Anton.
One viewer agreed: Who else said “oh fuck off” when Ann Widdecome was announced for #strictly Christmas. Shes not funny-shes monstrous.
The shows montage also showed Anton dancing with another of his previous partners, Esther Rantzen and even took us back to the first ever episode, when he and Lesley Garrett came top of the leader board.
Anton looked back on his experiences fondly, saying that once youre featured in the show, youre part of this family.
No, youre crying.
