For reasons we cant quite understand (though were therell be people out there that do), the BBC has uploaded a ten hour video of Doctor Whos theme song on a loop.
Intended for the ASMR lovers out there, the painfully long version of the track will play over and over and over for your hearts content.
Who needs calming background noise when you can picture yourself in the TARDIS all day with the help of the iconic track?
Need something to help you sleep? Its covered. Need to drive someone ever so slightly silly with the constant repetition of the same noises? They got you.
….Other fans are just as confused as well.
Why is this a thing, one person aptly wrote. A second added: who came up with this? while a third said: omg but why
Dozens of fans in the comments felt the same way.

Though another person upped the ante for info loving fans everywhere as they suggested it was hiding something.
LOL this saves me playing it on a loop – the thing you have to ask yourself: “are there any hidden Easter Eggs in the 10 hours?”, they wrote.
