Lives are on the line as ever in soapland as Kat Moon is involved in a dangerous crash in EastEnders that sees her run down an OAP then flee the scene while Mary Taylor and Angie Appleton are forced to go and identify a dead body in Coronation Street.

And previous deaths continue to cause major dramas elsewhere as Emmerdales Graham drops some big Joe Tate related bombshells while Tegan Lomaxs wake leads to Ste Hay losing it with Misbah Maalik after manslaughter charges against her are dropped.

Coronation Street

1. Its a nightmare day for Mary and Angie as they head to the morgue in order to identify a body that could be Judes. It appears that it isnt Jude as Mary refuses to give up hope afterwards but Angie is done – and changes the locks, determined to move on.

2. Sallys trial continues and while Paula fights her corner as best she can, the prosecution rip into her case and her character and when Gina then takes the stand, it could make things worse. Soon, a verdict is delivered.

3. Rana is overwhelmed as Kate excitedly presses ahead with IVF plans after Johnny offers to pay for their treatment. But when Rana finally comes clean about her true feelings, Kate gets drunk – and suggests to Robert that he act as a sperm donor.

4. Suspicious that Liz still has feelings for Johnny, Jenny deliberately damages her phone and then offers her her old handset. But little does Liz know that Jenny has installed a tracking app on the device.

5. In the wake of Sallys trial drama, Paula tells Sophie that their relationship is over, leaving her crushed. Meanwhile, Tim is more convinced than ever that Sally had an affair so it looks like they have hit the rocks too.

6. Evelyn is annoyed to be left as babysitter and when Hopes behaviour challenges her, she admits to Rita that Ruby is her favourite. Later, Evelyn snaps and threatens Hope just as Tyrone and Fiz walk in so the couple decide its time she went.

7. Kevin is proud of Jack when he tells his dad that he wants to do some fundraising for the hospital that helped him and later, emotions run high as Jack puts his prosthetic leg on and takes his first steps.

EastEnders

8. Kat ends up meeting up with old friends of Charlies while looking for inspiration for her revision and she enjoys hearing their stories. But in one of Charlies favourite pubs, she meets Maurice who drops a bombshell that rocks her to the core.

9. Mel heads to the jeweller to talk about a replica of her engagement ring. Later she then arranges a training session with Rays wife Maddie and, after the drinks flow later, Mel gets the information she is looking for.

10. Ruby is shocked when she hears that Ross and Matt have been arrested for rape but when the locals start debating her case and the issue of consent in the pub, Ruby is in turmoil. Glenn then comes in and defends his mates so Ruby snaps and reveals to the community that she is the one who was raped.

11. After Kat flees the pub, she ends up hitting an old man on her moped and then flees the scene. She hits rock bottom and drowns her sorrows in E20, forcing Stacey to give her a wake up call.

12. Jean plans a birthday party for Hayley but it doesnt get the reception that she is hoping for and Hayley walks out. Kat isnt enjoying it either but she gets an unexpected surprise when Alfie calls round.

13. In the wake of Phils return, tensions remain but has Sharon managed to keep her secret affair under wraps?

Emmerdale

14. A drunk Graham continues to struggle, which Nicola takes advantage of. Later, after Graham is rejected by Megan, he goes out driving while drunk and takes Noah to Butlers Farm, where he implies to him and Debbie that Cain knows something about Joes disappearance.

15. Its the day of the con and Leyla has agreed to act as the getaway driver but as the plan gets underway, she realises that Clive is planning to set up Frank and she makes a decision while Megan gets a shock when she learns the truth.

16. Marlon surprises Jessie with a love declaration using fairy lights but he doesnt get the response that he was hoping for. Later she admits that she hasnt moved on from her husbands death so he agrees to help her scatter the ashes.

17. Charity is looking after Moses and Johnny for the day but has a nightmare when she uses permanent paint on their faces and they then get stuck in the cellar. When Vanessa then jokes about her mothering skills, she is stung so Vanessa reassures her.

18. Gabby and Leanna hatch a plan to break Bernice and Liam up by convincing Bernice to go to her date wearing an awful ball gown and when Liam takes Leannas side, Bernice is left humiliated and Gabby feels guilty.

19. When David tries to give Jacob some advice on dating now that he is seemingly in a relationship with Liv, Jacob snaps his head off and Maya feels awkward as she knows exactly what is behind this.

20. Vanessa is thrilled when Charity suggests they move in together and they excitedly look forward to finding a place.

Hollyoaks

21. Ste is told that Misbah wont be charged with manslaughter and so he decides to spend the day of Tegans funeral protesting. Later, when Misbah turns up at the wake, he lashes out and throws wine over her.

22. Imran discovers that Yasmine has a recording of his confession and he turns threatening with her when she reveals she plans to expose the truth. But when Misbah is shown Yasmines bruises, she has a decision to make.

23. Harley confronts Tom, telling him that she knows he still has feelings for Peri but he shocks her by suddenly pushing a kiss on her. She is horrified but he opens up about his growing feelings for her.

24. Sinead is convinced that Lauries shifty behaviour means that he is cheating on her so she starts cutting up his clothes. But when he returns and has an explanation on what has been going on, she reconsiders.

25. Nancy and Darren prepare to go to war for custody of the children and when Kyle hires James as the lawyer, James advises Nancy to stop all contact between Darren and the kids to show they mean business.
