Im A Celebritys Harry Redknapp melts hearts as he gets awkward over showering with Fleur East and Rita Simons

Harry Redknapp got seriously awkward on tonights Im A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! when Fleur East and Rita Simons invited him to wash with them- like we needed more reason to know hes the best campmate!

It all kicked off when the ladies were in talks of going for a shower, with Nick Knowles then asking the 71-year-old former Tottenham Hotspur manager if he wanted to have a shower too, to which he replied: I would have done.

X Factor star Fleur asked Harry, who completely smitten with wife of 54-years Sandra, to come with her if he fancied one and Rita also invited him to join, but he was so completely stumped by the whole thing he didnt know how to answer them.

Look at his face, laughed Fleur, Ritas coming too.

Nick added: You dont have to stand under the shower all at the same time, you can take it in turns.

When the trio finally got down to the infamous waterfall, Harry was a true gent and stood with his back to the girls as they washed, waiting until after theyd finished to turn around and get into the water.

It dont interest me thats for sure, he explained to the cameras. Theres only one person I want to see in a bikini having a shower and thats my wife.

Talking in the Bush Telegraph, Fleur confessed: I had a lovely shower this morning with my mate Rita and buddy Harry.

Presenters Holly Willoughby and Declan Donnelly gushed over the scenes, with Holly saying: Hes such a gentleman isnt he? Never looks behind him when theres a woman around!

Especially when hes driving, joked Dec making a nod to when Harry accidentally ran over his wife…

It wasnt just Holly loving Harrys awkwardness though as viewers flocked in on Twitter to confess their admiration for him, with one writing: Awww Harry is amazing! Why cant all men be like him?

Another asked: Harry makes my wee heart burst, what a gentleman only wanting his wife even after all this time.
