X Factor winner Dalton Harris has cast doubt on the X Factor Live Tour and the seasonal promotion of his new single because he can no longer stay in the UK.
This weekends winner, who hails from Jamaica, says he needs a new visa because the show has now come to an end.
Its generally expected that a visa-holder will make applications in person, but show bosses are reportedly working hard to negotiate an extension.
Dalton told The Sun on Tuesday: I need to get a new visa. I will have to leave the UK for a bit as youre not allowed to just stay for ever. Hopefully my visa will be sorted out quickly.
He added: I had a visa that allowed me to compete in the show, so Id be surprised if the government didnt give me one now I have won.

You can apply for a UK visa to visit, work, study or join a family member or partner in the UK for a small fee at the application centre in Kingston, Jamaica.
If youre coming to work, you can be sponsored by an employer, which is called a Tier 2 visa, however now that the X Factor is over it casts some doubt over Daltons viability to stay.
Dalton won the X Factor in Louis Tomlinsons category on Sunday night, beating Scarlett Lee and Anthony Russell.
The musician was rewarded with a signing to SyCo, however its been claimed that he wont receive the £1million prize money.
Its the first time that an X Factor winner has faced visa issues in the UK series.
However in 2010, X Factor contestant Gamu Nhengu was faced with the threat of deportation to Zimbabwe.

Despite Gamus elimination before the live shows, Simon Cowell ordered lawyers to support the singer after her mothers visa application was turned down after eight years living in Scotland.
An X Factor producer was assigned to look after the family, while Cowells lawyers stepped in to advise Gamu and her family about taking it to tribunal.
After a lengthy court battle, Gamu and her family won the right to legally stay in the UK the following year.
