Were just two weeks away from the 11th series of Dancing On Ice, but one contestant has already considered dropping out.
Loose Womens Saira Khan admits that she almost backed out of the 2019 line-up when training began earlier this year, calling it the hardest thing [shes] ever done.
The multi-tasking mum-of-two, 48, says practising for the ice skating reality show – which will return on January 6 – is like a full-time job that she was just not enjoying at first.
Everything is hard, Saira told The Sun. The mental concentration, the physical concentration that you have to put in, plus combining skating with a dance move. This is the hardest thing Ive ever done in my life and Ive done quite a few hard things.

Saira is paired up with pro skater Mark Hanretty who she says brought fun to rehearsals when she was having a bit of a wobble, two months ago.
She continued: At the start I really was thinking of [quitting] because Ive got two kids at home, I do Loose Women, I do TalkRadio, I run a business, Im a mum and I just thought this is a full-time job.
She said: But I stuck with it. And when I started with Mark and he worked his magic, thats when I started to enjoy it.

Speaking on Wednesdays Loose Women, Saira said shed experienced her first anxiety-induced panic attack this week when the celebrities were asked to show their progress to the other competitors.
She said: At that point they said, “were all going to show everyone”, and for the first time I experienced anxiety and had a mini panic attack.
I got myself so worked up because I had to demonstrate. Also a lot of them are better than me. Ive never had this feeling in my life.
This years line-up includes stars including Love Islands Wes Nelson, TOWIEs Gemma Collins, actor Richard Blackwood and professional dancer James Jordan.
