Sam Thompson has not got off to the best start on SAS: Who Dares Wins – with the team branding him a w****r in the first challenge alone.

The Made In Chelsea star managed to rub everyone up the wrong within hours of starting the gruelling trials, and even made such an error he caused everyone to suffer a number of unnecessary drills as punishment.

Way to make mates, Sam!

In the first challenge, the reality show regular managed to bugger up the simple command of falling backwards from a helicopter into the water below.

Turning mid-air, Ant Middleton was clearly not happy and yelled at the w****r for not following protocol – only for the rest of the drill sergeants to also give him flack for it once he got back to land.

The cheeky chappys nature did not go down well with the serious nature of the trials, as he beamed: This is so intense! I feel like a little school boy.

It got even worse though after their second proper night in camp, with Ant instructing Sam to gather the recruits as they were from their bunks.

Instead, he made them gather everything they had on them – and boy, did they pay for it.

Teaching him how to follow orders and give out instructions correctly, Sam was left feeling awful as he was forced to the front of the squad and watched them follow his instructions of push ups.

Complete with their heavy bags on their bag, it clearly made him feel guilty, nearly quitting the show and declaring Ant to: Come on, mate.

I am not your f***ing mate! Ant sternly responded.

The comment made Sam brag to the other recruits that he wanted to punch Ant in the face – which honestly, we doubt he would get anywhere near him.

Ahead of the show being aired, when asked if the instructors picked on any particular celebrity, Jason Fox told Metro.co.uk: Who do you reckon? Did we pick on anyone? Sam Thompson.

He needed to picked on to bring him into the world we were in. And I think he was still on cloud cuckoo land, so he needed to be brought down a peg or two.

It wasnt that we were trying to literally to absolutely annihilate him, he just needed to be put in his place again because he was a bit out there with the fairies. Everyone else was taking it quite seriously. I think he has an issue with taking anything seriously, anything in life.
