EastEnders spoilers: Ben Mitchell reveals Lola Pearces shocking secret

EastEnders Ben Mitchell (Max Bowden) just dropped a shocker about Lola Pearce (Danielle Harold) – how will poor Jay (Jamie Borthwick) react?

Lola Pearces (Danielle Harold) return has been shrouded in mystery, shes been holding a guilty secret thats been slowly destroying her as shes been spending time with Billy (Perry Fenwick) and Jay.

And now we know what it is.

In a violent confrontation where Ben shoved Lola against the wall, he revealed the secret shes been harbouring – she has a fiance.

So all this time shes been keeping close to her chest the fact shes been planning her own wedding. But why?

What has all this business of her getting closer to Jay been about? Does she genuinely have feelings, or is it because she wants Jay to save her from Ben?

Or is there another reason entirely?

Whatever it is, something tells us thats not all Ben has over her. Lola is clearly frightened of him, yet being such a ballsy girl shed normally not have any trouble standing up to a guy like him. Ben, however, seems to leave her absolutely petrified. Even when she tries to fight back he manages to break her back down.
