Tiffany Kosakowski, 36, was jailed for 30 days Thursday after she drove off despite knowing her boy Julian was stood next to her passenger door after she dropped him off last December.
She sped up, and lurched the car from side to side, despite knowing the youngster was hanging on to the vehicle.
The boy clung on to the passenger door handle of her car for 50 years, before falling off and having his head as well as chest crushed by the rear passenger-side tire near his school in Belmont, Michigan.
Sentencing Kosakowski to six months with all but 30 days of that jail term suspended, Judge Curt Benson told her It is simply inexcusable what you did.
