Evangeline Lilly isnt interested in a Lost reboot.
The hit sci-fi show which jumped back and forward in time came to an end way back in 2010.
With the current trend of TV programmes being resurrected, the actress said she was didnt want to devalue the original series with new episodes.
Lilly, who played Kate Austen on the show, told Entertainment Weekly: My honest answer is I hope not. I really am that person who felt like we could have left well enough alone with a lot of these franchises, and I am die-hard fan of the original Star Wars movies, you know, and sometimes I think you can devalue the original content.
I think that can happen, and I would hate to see that happen with Lost. I read a quote recently that said, Ive never done an adaptation because the book is good enough as it is.

Lost followed the survivors of a mysterious plane crash who try to survive on a seemingly deserted island.
The series, created by J.J. Abrams, also starred Dominic Monaghan, Josh Holloway, Matthew Fox and Daniel Dae Kim.
Executive producer Damon Lindelof previously said that he is open to revival focusing on a new group of people.
Those characters not only died, but we showed you their experience post-death. Any new take on Lost will probably have to feature new characters, as it should, he told Entertainment Weekly.
Lilly went on to have roles in blockbusters such as Peter Jacksons The Hobbit trilogy and more recently Ant-Man and the Wasp opposite Paul Rudd.
