A woman was horrified after her PrettyLittleThing swimsuit stained her skin black without it even touching the water.
21-year-old Charlie Wainwright, a TV researcher from Leeds, was gutted when the swimsuit stained her skin and left it red raw after she struggled to remove the mark.
Charlie had worn the £25 black belted swimsuit for just 10 minutes when she noticed her skin starting to stain.
She took a photo and shared it to Twitter, tagging the brand and writing: Is this a joke??? £25 for a swimsuit that DYED my skin before even getting into a pool??
Charlie said she was really surprised that a swimsuits colour would transfer considering what they are supposed to be for – especially as this happened before she even got into the water.
You would expect a swimsuit to not run – especially when it hasnt even got into the water yet!

It was really hard to wash off my skin and left my skin red from having to try so hard to get it off! PLT apologised but didnt say more than that.
The swimsuit is listed on the PLT website as having a black material with a super flattering fit and a lion buckle belt detail in a halterneck design.
The suit is made from 95% Polyester and 5% Elastane – and PLT mention about the colour transferring on the listing under the fabric and care small print
