Comedian Judi Love has the perfect solution to coping with the heatwave this week – and it involves wearing batty riders and sweating freely.

Good Morning Britain viewers were highly amused on Thursday morning when Judi Love joined Aggie Mackenzie to debate personal hygiene during the unusually hot weather and whether the public should use deodorant or allow their natural perspiration to run free.

Judi, 39, had an interesting take on the heatwave and told GMB hosts Kate Garraway and Adil Ray: Everybodys body is different, some people wear natural deodorant were trying to change what we put into our bodies to be more healthy.

Fair enough its the smell thats the issue but let people where clothes that make them feel free.

Sharing her key piece of advice, Judi then added: Fair enough its health and safety at work but let them come in their batty riders and pum pum shorts and enjoy themselves.

Adil clearly wasnt familiar with the term and wondered: Excuse me, what is a batty rider?

Enlightening the presenter and no doubt many viewers, Judi happily explained: Its a Jamaican term, its really short shorts. Wear batty riders and pum pum riders and be free with yourselves.

Aggie also had some interesting advice to coping with the heat: Bring into work a spare set of underwear.

Judi feels passionately about allowing people to choose whether to wear deodorant or not and continued: I just think that once we start eliminating all these things and making it socially acceptable were going to isolate people. Theres people going through menopause, they have an overactive fibroid.

But Aggie disagreed and said: If youre going to go around smelly and sweaty with nasty looking feet because youve got open-toed sandals then youre going to isolate people.

Judi argued: Everybodys different, we live in a time when people are so consumed by social media and feeling a way about this. Weve got enough stuff to carry worrying about our presentation and how we look.

Needless to say, viewers could not get enough of Judis advice and loved the fact she legit said pum pum riders on breakfast TV.

Applauding Judis carefree attitude, one viewer said: The woman on GMB talking about batty riders and pum pum shorts has cracked me up this morning! I wonder how many people started googling pum pum shorts… Thank you! [sic].

Someones colleagues had better be warned as another viewer reacted: I think Ill go to work in my batty riders this morning. Watch out for my sweaty plums all [sic].
