Love Island series five managed to rack up a total of 3,089 Ofcom complaints over the eight weeks it played out on our screens.
It was a controversial summer of love, with an impressive 794 complaints being lodged to the telly watchdog in four days with audiences being left unsettled by behaviour exhibited on the ITV series.
Now Amber Gill and Greg OShea have been crowned as this years champions, lets take a look back at the most complained about moments.
1) Mauras advances on Tommy – 709
Maura Higgins sparked national outrage back when she attempted to win Tommy Furys attentions.
In the most complained about moment of the series, the grid girl was seen climbing on top of the boxer and trying to plant a kiss on his lips, as well as asking if she turned him on.

Ofcom decided that no further action was needed.
2) Joes treatment of Lucie – 700
Joe Garratt came under fire for his controlling behaviour towards Lucie Donlan, racking up 700 Ofcom complaints.
The sandwich maker was accused of gaslighting the star and telling her off over her close bond with Tommy.
Womens Aid stepped in to praise fans for recognising his unhealthy treatment of her too, announcing in a statement: Love Island viewers are now very vocal in calling out unhealthy behaviour between couples on the show, and this is a positive development.
When Joe was eventually dumped from the villa, he insisted he didnt do anything wrong.
I didnt manipulate or abuse her, he said. I am gutted it has been perceived in that way because it wasnt like that at all.
3) Anna and Ambers behaviour towards Danny and Arabella – 288
Anna Vakili and Amber were accused of bullying Danny Williams last month after he chose to recouple with Arabella Chi and pieing Yewande Biala.
The two islanders made it clear they werent impressed by his decision, which resulted in Yewande being sent home, with Amber telling her then partner Michael Griffiths that she could no longer trust him
Bosses reportedly stepped in to warn the contestants about bitchy behaviour with an official spokesperson telling Metro.co.uk: We speak to all of the islanders to remind them of what we condone to be acceptable during their time on the show.

4) Michaels attitude towards Amber – 169
Michael shocked the country when he commanded Amber to sit down as he approached her for a talk.
Maura was none too pleased with his demanding tone and the content of his speech, seeing as he couldnt muster a please and it seems Love Island fans were also in her corner.
Ofcom is currently assessing these 169 complaints.
