The Little Mermaid is being given a one-off all-star TV makeover – with Shaggy voicing Sebastian and Queen Latifah playing Ursula.
US TV network ABC had previously shelved plans for a live concert celebrating the show, but will now bring the much-loved character to screens as part of the Wonderful World of Disney collection.
Disneys Moana star Aulii Cravalho will voice the underwater princess, and will have Shaggy as her crabby best mate Sebastian as she ponders life on land.
Queen Latifah will be playing the villainous Ursula, who offers her dream at a cost.
Performed in front of a live studio audience, The Wonderful World of Disney: The Little Mermaid will be incorporating sets from the Broadway version of the show as well as costumes, plus music from the original film.
Quite frankly, were excited of the idea of Shaggy in a crab costume.
It was originally planned to be done in 2017, but was pushed from the schedule, seemingly never to see the light of day again.

At the time they said: We are postponing the Little Mermaid Live special. We love the idea of doing a live musical and want to make it wonderful.
The project is so unique that we are making best efforts to do it next year and want to give it all the attention it deserves.
The spectacle event, which will air in November, isnt to be confused with the live-action film remake currently in production – which has caused some controversy over its casting choices.
Halle Bailey, a black actress, has been announced to play Ariel, causing some to kick off that she should be a white character (reasons on why thats stupid is here).
Melissa McCarthy has been rumoured to be cast as Ursula.
