Kim Cattrall accuses Sex and the City co-stars of bullying her over her refusal to take part in 3rd movie
Kim Cattrall has reignited her feud with her former Sex and The City co-stars as she claims she alleges bullying is taking place over her refusal to take part in a third film.
The Samantha Jones actress, 63, is best known for her iconic role in the beloved HBO series and two films alongside Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon.
A successful first movie came out in 2008 and was followed by a sequel in 2010 but a possible third film was scrapped due to Kims reluctance.
In an interview with The Guardians Observer magazine, she said: I went past the finish line playing Samantha Jones because I loved Sex and the City.
It was a blessing in so many ways but after the second movie Id had enough.
She added: I couldnt understand why they wouldnt just replace me with another actress instead of wasting time bullying. No means no.
She went on to say: Now I dont want to be in a situation for even an hour where Im not enjoying myself.
I want to choose who I spend time with personally and professionally.
The high profile rift between Cattrall and Parker has been extensively reported on over the years as fans pine for a reunion.

Cattrall previously spoke about her decision to not take part in a third movie due to a sexting storyline involving Mirandas (Nixon) 14-year-old son, Brady.
The Guardian also reports that the third movie script didnt give Samantha with a lot to do, as the focus was on grift following Mr Bigs (Chris Noth) death.
Sex and The City ended in 2004 on HBO.
