Strictly Come Dancings Saffron Barker has admitted she shared too much of her life on YouTube as a daily vlogger.

The YouTube star, whos set to take to the dance floor with pro dancer AJ Pritchard, opened up about the struggles of daily vlogging after confessing that the pressure of YouTube ended up not being healthy for her.

I actually started off daily vlogging so I used to film my life everyday and I shared so much, and that just happened so gradually and naturally because I started YouTube from blogging, she explained to Metro.co.uk at VidCon London.

I think people just got really addicted to watching [the videos]. Its like watching a reality TV show – you just get obsessed.

The 19-year-old, whos following in fellow vlogger Joe Suggs footsteps, added: I think because people kept asking for it more and more, it became so natural to me just to pick up my camera and film.

I did share so much. Looking back on it, I do think I kind of shared a little bit too much but at the same time, I dont regret it because there are so many memories as well.

Saffron pointed out: Now, Ive gotten a little bit older and I can do other things, I feel like its nice to have a bit of a personal life as well as the vlogging.

With a following of more than two million, the star admitted it can be strange having such a big audience, saying: Sometimes, when people come over to me and theyll say, for example, “Hows your nan doing?” I have to kind of process it.

Obviously you see a number and you dont actually realise how many people are watching.

She confessed: It is weird because sometimes people, when they come up to me, are so kind and everything else but theyre talking to me as if they know me and I know nothing about them. It is really hard to try and speak to someone because what can I ask them?

At the same time, it is really nice and everyones always really kind and polite as well and the people who know me the most are the people that watch me and technically love me the most.
