James Cordens production outfit Fulwell73, producers of shows including Sounds Like Friday Night, The Late Late Show and Roast Battle, are expanding their TV development team with the hire of Caroline Roseman as UK Head of Development. Roseman will work across Fulwells TV slate, including their two new formats Pants On Fire and Virtuosos, reporting into Fulwells senior executives Heather Greenwood and Carly Shackleton.

Prior to joining Fulwell, Roseman worked at Whizz Kid Entertainment for 8 years, where she was most recently Head of Development and created BBQ Champ for ITV, attaching host Adam Richman. She created the ratings hit Frank Sinatra: Our Way special for BBC One and comedy reality series Prank Pad for ITV2. She also headed up the team that secured the commissions for Lets Sing And Dance for Comic Relief (BBC One) and chat show Talks Music (Sky Arts).

Before that she spent six years at ITV Entertainment as part of their in-house development team working on shows including Ant And Decs Saturday Night Takeaway, stand-alone series Paris Hiltons British Best Friend and Dirty Dancing: The Time Of Your Life. In her early career she also helped devise MTVs Ex On The Beach.

Fulwell 73 partner Leo Pearlman said, “Caroline is simply one of the most talented development executives working in TV and her track record creating or working on some of the biggest hit shows in entertainment programming over the last decade speaks for itself. Her experience across multiple genres – music, entertainment, sport and talent-led specials – means shes the perfect fit for us and our existing highly talented team so its great to have her onboard.”

London-based Fulwell 73 was founded in 2005 by Ben Winston, Leo Pearlman, Ben Turner and Gabe Turner. In 2017 James Corden joined the company as a fifth full partner. It co-produces the Late Late Show with CBS and Carpool Karaoke for Apple.
