Koffee With Karan 6: Ishaan Khatter to grace the show with brother Shahid Kapoor

Ishaan Khatter is all set to make his debut on Koffee with Karan.

The sixth season of Karan Johars chat show has an interesting line-up of guests. The show, which premiered with Deepika Padukone and Alia Bhatt on October 21, will see Ranveer Singh–Akshay Kumar, Ayushmann Khurrana-Vicky Kaushal, Rajkummar Rao-Bhumi Pednekar and Aamir Khan among others. Now, joining the list of celebrities is Ishaan Khatter who will make his Koffee with Karan debut with brother Shahid Kapoor. Shahid appeared on the show last year with wife Mira Rajput.

At an event in Delhi, Ishaan told indianexpress.com, “Yes, I will be a part of the show with Shahid Kapoor. I am extremely excited. Come on, did you see the hamper. Who would not be excited for that?”

Shahid Kapoor has appeared on the show before and has won the hamper too. So, is Ishaan geared up for a fight? “Well, for that hamper, yes why not,” he said.

Since both the brothers are fabulous dancers too, we were keen to know if fans would see them matching footsteps. “Dont be surprised if we do. There is no such plan but yes, you never know.”

The actor said he is inspired by Shahid Kapoors styling sense.

“I am very inspired by my brother when it comes to fashion. I am not somebody who is very fashionable. I do not pay much heed to what I wear. I am very erratic in that sense. But my brother has developed sense of fashion over the years. He keeps telling me to be little more conscientious about it. I think my fashion is largely inspired by him because I keep stealing his clothes. Most of the time I look decent, the credit goes to him,” Ishaan Khatter said at a Forever 21 event.

Talking about movies, Ishaan said, “Well, I can tell you what I am hoping for. I hope to be part of entertaining and meaningful films and continue to do work that is different and challenging as it has been the case in the two films I have done till now.”
