Dhilluku Dhuddu 2 is the sequel to the superhit 2016 horror comedy.
The teaser of upcoming horror-comedy Dhilluku Dhuddu 2 was released on Monday. The laugh-out-loud promo video begins with the filmmakers paying homage to the most dreaded and evil characters in the world of horror cinema and to Ubume, a Japanese folklore character that was made famous by the dangerous MOMO viral challenge recently.
Dhilluku Dhuddu 2 is the sequel to the superhit 2016 horror comedy. The franchise creator and director Rambala has again helmed the second installment with Santhanam in the lead role. The film has a similar setting as its predecessor – A hero whose love for a girl puts him in a depleted house which is haunted by ghosts.
The teaser promises a lot of fun and is replete with trademark comebacks of Santhanam. The scene in which Santhanam sends a ghost into a trance by singing the popular promotional song of Cadbury Dairy Milk is a riot.

Dhilluku Dhuddu 2s shoot was completed in just 40 days and the post-production work is in progress. It also stars Rajendran, Urvashi, Bipin. Malayalam actor Shritha Sivadas will make her Tamil debut with the film.
Santhanam is currently waiting for the release of his long-delayed film Server Sundaram. The actor is also playing the lead role in Mannavan Vanthanadi, which is being helmed by ace-filmmaker Selvaraghavan.
