Im A Celebritys Nick Knowles laughs off topping the iTunes chart

Nick Knowles was given the good news that he reached the top spot in the iTunes downloads chart.

While he has been cooped up in the jungle, the DIY SOS star revealed how he was asked to release an album by Universal Records.

He shocked IAC viewers when he said that he ended up playing with none other than Biffy Clyro.

Off the back of that bombshell people started digging up some of Nicks hits, including a cover of Make You Feel My Love from his album Every Kind Of People.

It was later revealed, after some campaigning by DJ Chris Moyles, that it had rocketed to No.1 on the iTunes downloads chart, but of course camp mate Nick had no clue.

That was until his son TJ filled him in when the camp received their letters from home on Tuesday nights episode.

TJ said: I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how very proud I am of you, not only in terms of how you are doing in the camp, but most importantly how proud I am that youre my dad.

Just to let you know, you owe Chris Moyles a pint, as despite everything last week him and his radio team managed to get Make you feel my love to number one in the itunes Chart!

Cant wait to see you and hope the Rice and Beans arent getting too tedious.

The TV presenter didnt let the fact he is now a chart topper get to his head, and simply laughed at the idea of being a hit in the downloads chart.

Previously Nicks official Twitter page thanked the DJ for making the single to to the number one spot, as they wrote: INCREDIBLE. Nick is Number 1. @ChrisMoyles you are a legend!
