Stacey Dooley has revealed the downside to taking part on Strictly Come Dancing.
Stacey lifted the glitterball trophy with dancer Kevin Clifton at the end of the series, and being on the show for so long did wonders for her dancing skills, it did have its drawbacks.
The documentary maker spent her first Strictly-free Saturday pampering her skin as the Strictly fake tans and theatrical makeup had taken their toll.
So this is obviously the first Saturday in months that I havent been dancing. Ive had a pretty chilled day, she explained in an Instagram video to her followers.
Just had a facial because my skins trashed from the makeup and fake tan.
She went on to thank viewers for the love and support they had shown her by picking up the phone and getting her to the final and eventually crowning her the winner.
Stacey went on: I just wanted to thank you all actually.

I dont know whether or not Ive sort of said properly how made up I am and how grateful I am and all your messages…people stopping in the street or whatever saying “you did it”.
I just never take that for granted that support.
I had the best time, and thanks to you lot it rounded off brilliantly. So have the best Christmas and thank you.
Stacey, who is hosting a New Years Eve show with fellow finalist Joe Sugg, lost her trophy just hours after winning the thing.
Dr Ranj, who was the sixth star to be eliminated, said he misplaced the trophy after sneaking a picture during the celebrations.
Speaking on The Telegraphs Talking Strictly podcast, he said: Heres a little secret … so after the after party, I may have snuck a picture with Staceys trophy.
Then there was a message on the WhatsApp group yesterday saying, “Has anyone seen my trophy? I left it in the room with all the bags and now I cant find it”.
Thankfully the 31-year-old was reunited with her glitterball and – we hope – put it somewhere safe.
