Has Lauries fate been sealed? (Picture: Lime Pictures)

The game is finally over for Laurie Shelby (played by Kyle Pryor) as tonights First Look Hollyoaks episode revealed hell soon be behind bars.

A lengthy prison time is set to be on the cards for the rapist, who was pushed off the school balcony by Sinead OConner (Stephanie Davis) in scenes that aired earlier in the week, and details of his fate were laid out by Sami Maalik (Rishi Nair).

The evenings installment began with Laurie demanding to see Sinead in hospital and while Sinead deliberated making a visit, she explained to daughter Hannah why he wont be around anymore.

Sinead then apologised to mum Diane (Alex Fletcher) for bringing the criminal into their lives and confessed that she was thinking of going to see him.

Luckily, Diane managed to throw Sinead off by saying the trip wouldnt give her closure and that hed likely use it as a chance to manipulate her.

Laurie got his hopes up when he was told by the police that he had a visitor, but was disheartened when Sami came through the door.

Fearing his situation, Laurie begged Sami to help him get off the charges but the lawyer said he wouldnt be fooled a second time.

That didnt stop Laurie from putting on his best act in one final attempt to win Sami over, and he quickly descended into a panic about spending time inside and being surrounded by sickos.

Sami wasnt having any of it though and snapped to Laurie that hed soon realise he is a sicko too.

After making his grand exit, Sami went straight over to see Sinead where he told her that Laurie was well enough to leave hospital and that the CPS had agreed that the CCTV and Dianes forensic tests provide enough evidence to have him jailed.

Will Laurie hatch an escape plan before police lock him up for good? Anythings possible on Hollyoaks…

Hollyoaks airs weekdays at 6.30pm on Channel 4 with First Look airing 7pm on E4.
