Well… kind of. Mike Schur and the team have teased that something bad is going to our favourite humanoid not-a-robot source of knowledge and were not forking OK with it.
The gang made the uncharacteristically blunt spoiler at San Diego Comic Con that Janet will be replaced – though by who yet, we dont know.
Seeing as every neighbourhood needs a Janet (played by DArcy Carden) theres every chance shell be replaced with someone just like her…or maybe Derek (Jason Mantzoukas) will take over for a bit?
Manny Jacinto, who plays lovable dummy Jason in the after world comedy, made the slip up on the panel, and said: You may meet a new Janet this year. Im not saying you will, but you might. No, you will, you will.
It was later confirmed by the official Twitter page for the comedy, with Janets declaration: Attention. I have been murdered, ringing out to fans everywhere.
Maybe theyre just forking with us, well have to wait and see.

During the panel, creator Mike Schur slammed the Emmys for seemingly snubbing DArcy for her work as Janet in this years nominations – despite an episode where due to a blip in her void, meant that she ending up playing every single character.
Talking frankly, he told the audience: Im sorry, I know youre not supposed to talk about this stuff, but imagine if your job is to make a list of best supporting actress performances on television, and imagine you watch that episode and you think, “You know, just not top five”.
Imagine that. Imagine how crazy a human being you would have to be.

Unfortunately the upcoming season four will be the shows last, as Team Cockroachs adventures around the underworld finally come to an end.
DArcy said: [Its like] a breakup when youre still in love with the person but you know its not gonna last. So its like, “I still love you, but lets end this in a way that feels good for everybody”.
