Jeremy Clarkson is convinced that pansexuality means to be attracted to animals in his latest shocking statement.

The Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? presenter, who came under fire earlier this year for claiming he cant be homophobic because he watches lesbian porn, revealed himself to be completely dumbfounded by the label.

Pansexuality means to have a sexual, romantic or emotional attraction towards people regardless of their sex or gender identity, but Jeremy got a little confused.

Pansexuality? Ive read about it, he began. Isnt that the same as being bisexual?

Bisexual covers it, man or woman.

If its pan it can only mean animals, gerbils and God knows what. We used to have epidemics. Now we have pandemics.

He continued to The Sun: So if youre pansexual and youve got a dog, the RSPCA needs to pop round and have a word.

Looks like hes getting confused with bestiality, bless him.

The Grand Tour hosts words come just seven months after he issued an apology to Will Young after the Pop Idol singer accused the show of homophobia.

Will – who came out in 2002, shortly after winning Pop Idol – was insulted by references to moisturiser, chaps and the colour pink as stereotypes of a gay man.

Its repulsive and how DARE you do it and put it out @PrimeVideo, he raged in a series of tweets.

Jeremy, 58, responded to Will be publishing a sarcastic pseudo apology in his column for The Sun.

I will apologise to Will for causing him some upset and reassure him that I know Im not homophobic as I very much enjoy watching lesbians on the internet, he wrote.

Will wasnt the only one offended by the jokes in The Grand Tour as Stonewall media manager Jeff Ingold explained for Metro.co.uk why is sexuality isnt the butt of the joke.

Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? airs tonight at 8pm on ITV.
