Ste Hay (Kieron Richardson) is about to get a horrific wake up call tonight as the truth dawns on him about how he has been groomed by far right terrorists Jonny (Ray Quinn) and Stuart (Chris Simmons) – but it looks like it might be too late to put things right.

As a hate filled Jonny determined to attack the engagement party with a device, the bomb fell to the ground and exploded in the back yard next to the Maalik household. Yasmine (Haiesha Mistry) was nearby and was left with her life hanging in the balance, while Jonny was also badly injured in the explosion.

As the dust settles, Ste is reeling from how far things have gone. Destruction lies in the wake of Jonnys actions and as Misbah (Harvey Virdi) rushes to the scene of the chaos, she and Sami (Rishi Nair) are terrified that they will lose Yasmine.

But Ste is dumbstruck with disgust as Jonnys loathing reaction to Misbah coming near him and he makes it clear that he would rather die than be helped by a Muslim doctor.

Meanwhile, Sami angrily confronts Ste about what has happened – with Ste having boasted that he would be involved in something big, Sami tells him that Yasmine could die because of what he is involved in.

In a highly charged scene, Sami spells out to Ste exactly what has happened to him and how he is a pawn in the world of a racist gang. While Ste recites everything he has been told, Sami gives him food for thought as he hits him with some home truths.
